First Friday Give-Away–My Yoga Online!
It’s the first Friday of the month again and you know what that means; it’s Give-Away Friday! I love these days because it’s when I get to tell you all about something that I truly feel will be beneficial to you. It’s also when I can help support other companies and give you a chance to receive either a free item or a special offer from them.
This month we are introducing My Yoga Online. As many of you know, I love yoga and I suggest that everyone make it a daily practice. It’s great for our body, our mind and spirit. It helps us stay strong, limber and can literally be like an internal massage. Yoga is also a wonderful way to go inside yourself, tune in and really be present.
In their words, “We enable anyone, anywhere, to access our growing library of video practices via downloads and state of the art streaming technology, at your own schedule and energy level. Stress reducing classes are critically important in today’s world. By making these healing arts easily accessible, people will attain greater health, balance, and harmony in their lives. Today we stream hundreds of high-definition yoga videos to people all over the world. We offer one of the largest and most diverse Mind and Body video and article libraries globally.”
There are many types of yoga and this is partially why I like My Yoga Online so much. They have all of the usual suspects that you might suspect that a yoga membership site might have like programs for stress reduction, weight loss, detoxing, strength building and energy boosting. They also have videos from different studios in different cities, which is wonderful for a number of reasons. You can try instructors out before you go to a class, you can repeat videos over and over so that you are working on improving particular poses, you can try a variety of different styles and even if you can’t leave your house, you can still participate.
If you are interested in really learning about yoga you will have the opportunity to study the anatomy of yoga, meditation, pranayama (breath), chakras and teacher training information. They even have music to improve your practice!
These are good offerings, I mean truly good, but what I like most is the ability to practice specific poses for specific doshas (constitutions). This is an important opportunity because practicing yoga poses that are correct for our doshas will help to nourish and even heal our bodies.
All of this is why we are letting you know about My Yoga Online’s special offer for our followers. You can sign up for $4.95 for one month and try it out for yourself. Their normal monthly membership is just under $10. But one lucky reader will be randomly chosen to one free month subscription. Just share our Facebook page and comment on this post. We’ll choose a winner the first Friday of next month.
Thanks for participating and supporting our family business. You make a difference!

This is great! I am not new to yoga but I am not a practitioner. I would like to learn more and I’m excited that you have offered this possible opportunity. What a great way to share your passion. I’m excited to share with my friends too. It’s great that we can do so many things online these days. Thanks for sharing!
