100 Day Challenge Snohomish
So I have been seeing a lot of people posting things about their 100 Day Challenge. It is really pretty cool to see people around the world motivated and determined to reach goals. It is also super neat to see many of them really stretching themselves outside of their comfort zone. In fact, it is downright inspiring. So come on Snohomish, let’s do it!
I have been thinking about my own goals and how to create 100 Day Challenges around them. This was a little hard for me because I see life as a big buffet and I love to sample so many things. This year, there are certain things I want to go deeper in to. Some of them are things I used to do more of and were unable to because of a car collision I was in a few years back. I feel that at this time, I have healed enough to give some of them a try. So with that said, I am choosing to make my 100 Day Challenge List to include Daily Yoga (even if it is 10 minutes in the morning), Dancing, Partner Dancing (this requires the commitment of Brian), breathing exercises, stretches and exercise in general. While I did some of these intermittently, I am excited to see how much my skill improves with concentrated effort and dedicated commitment. Honestly, I’m a little nervous, excited and worried that I won’t make it all of the way but the worst thing that happens is that I try my best and get a bunch of exercise, so here I go!
Do you have a 100 Day Challenge that you are committing to? Post below and tell us about it. If there is something you want to do but haven’t, we’d love to hear about that too.
